Its was perfectly laid out when we arrived. I do a lot of camping and could not have planned it better myself. I packed a truck full of gear and never unloaded anything but our clothes. I have already planned our 2nd trip in September. I will never pay the higher rates for an in town hotel when we can camp 7 minutes from town and still have the best of both worlds, dinning and in town entertainment, with a campfire under the stars afterwards.

AIRBNB REVIEWS:

While planning a last minute family trip to visit the Grand Canyon I came across Lisa's post for her camper. Best last minute planning ever!! We stayed in the beautiful Kaibab woods, south of the canyon and short drive into William's town center on Route 66. We have camped with our small children before (tents) and that was a little challenging but this AirBnB was so convenient, you get the best of both worlds; the outdoors and wilderness, but with comfort. Our hosts met up with us, gave us a tour and guide on how to care for the camper. This is very important and helpful in order to make your stay easier, and they were always on call if we needed them. They supplied everything, from cookware, to wood, to linens, outside table chairs, cooler etc. The only thing you really need of course is your own food and drinking water. I also brought extra blankets, and sweaters for the little ones because in May it did get cold in the evenings and because I just always just do that anyways. For some perspective, my oldest slept on the couch, my youngest in a pack N' play crib (ours) which fit just fine, our small pups in their crate they share, and we didn't even need to use the other bed (table converts to a bed) with plenty of room to move around. The master bed was comfortable and big enough for my 6'2 ft tall husband and I. There is plenty of storage space in the camper once you get settled, and a helpful detailed camper instruction packet to follow. After we did the Grand Canyon which is amazing, we ventured into town to shop around, they also have a flea market Fri, Sat, Sun just FYI. We originally planned on doing 2 nights but a third night was made available due to a cancellation and without hesitation we decided....well why the heck not we'll take it! Our hosts suggested we visit Sedona on our extra day and I'm so glad we did. The drive alone to Sedona on the 89A is simply gorgeous. I would suggest this AirBnB for anyone, small families, couples, and friends looking to stay somewhere quite and beautiful, and to experience camping under the stars but with a little more convenience. The owners are local, very kind, and helpful they even suggested Kick's on 66 for a good burger obviously they didn't disappoint, (yum). Thanks for making this family vacation one for the books guys!!

Canyon Country Camp & Outfitters is located in Williams, Arizona just south of the Grand Canyon. We are not like RV and camper rental places who rent you a camper for a low price and then charge you an arm and a leg for all of the camping necessities.  We set ourselves apart by taking care of everything with no hidden fees.  When you rent a camper with us, we tow the camper to a great campsite, provide all of the gear you need for an amazing camping trip and when you're ready to leave, we take care of the camp break down, too.  Campsites are just minutes from Williams and only an hour from the Grand Canyon south rim.  Because we provide everything, you can literally drive into town in a rental car, pick up groceries, and drive out to your fully outfitted campsite.  The experience of camping adds a whole new dimension to a trip to the Grand Canyon!  For camping novices, this is an ideal way to try it out before investing in expensive gear.   Explore our website for information on our camper rental services, hunting guide services, and all of the many things to do in Northern Arizona.  When planing your trip to the Grand Canyon, we hope you decide to try camping with us as an alternative to staying at a motel!
